My Specialized Era shipped Friday according to Noah. FINALLY!! There had been some stumbling blocks along the way but my new ride would soon be here. Even the boys at the shop are excited to see it and take it for a spin. Hopefully it should be in town Tuesday and assembled on Wednesday and ready to go for the weekend.
Snowy Saturday turned into I don't want get out of bed Saturday. Finally, at 3:30, I did. To go eat.
Sunday the weather was much nicer and I was able to complete a close to 5 hour ride which included climbs up Mowbry Mountain and Suck Creek. Was happy to run into old friend Peter and his crew along the way and share some time on the road. I have been spending my time in the saddle riding easy, spinning away the hours and building my fitness. I can see improvement and that makes me happy.
